Do i require an account to place an order?
No. You can still order our products without an account. We'll need your phone number and address to deliver the products to your specified address.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered to my address?
Products are delivered within a day.

Can i edit an order after it has been picked?
No. You cannot edit an order after it has been picked. To avoid problems, please make sure the information you submit is correct. However if your order has not been picked, you can still edit it.

If i don't receive my delivery, what can i do?
You can place a complaint on our complaints website. An agent will contact you immediately and your missing item will be followed up. If the item was lost on delivery, another item will be delivered at no cost regardless of the weight.

Will i get a refund for a wrong delivery?
If you specified a wrong address and wish to change or cancel your order, you will not get a refund. However if the wrong delivery was the fault of the company, the order will be delivered to the correct address at no extra cost.

How is the order process?
You place an order. After placing an order, you will be required to pay for it. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled and will be erased after 2 days. When an order is placed and paid for, you will be given a tracking number. After delivery, you will be required to confirm the delivery.
